Motorized Vari-Focal Lens

This Montavue MTT4100-V is equipped with a motorized vari-focal lens. This lens gives you the ability to zoom in 4x optically and focus in on a 35° field of view, or zoom out to see a 100° field of view. On top of that, you still have 16x digital zoom to see even finer details. With the security camera being motorized and hooked up to your mobile devices you can control the zoom from anywhere with our free mobile app MontavueGO or directly from your NVR.

HypeIR Long Range Night Vision

Our 4MP motorized turret/dome camera is specially designed to be equipped with our special long range IR LED’s. We have developed the technology to provide even infrared light at long distances with just a single or a few IR LED’s. For a camera to be considered having HypeIR it has to produce a quality IR night vision image at 160ft or more in complete darkness. This motorized turret camera has an incredible 230ft of IR night vision with minimal lighting and 0ft of IR night vision in complete darkness.

Real-Time 30 Frames-per-Second (FPS) Recording at 3MP 2K Resolution

This motorized turret camera records real-time at 30FPS in 3MP resolution and FPS in 4MP resolution. What does that mean? Wide Field of View

When it comes to field of view, this motorized IP turret camera is the cream of the crop with a motorized adjustable horizontal field of view from 35°-100°. That wide and narrow field of view is perfect for monitoring large areas, with good focus and clarity, but also gives you the ability to zoom in on finer details. One thing to check to make sure you are comparing apples to apples is the difference between a horizontal and diagonal field of view. Make sure that both are horizontal or diagonal.

The goal is to produce an image that looks similar to if you were there in person. 3D DNR is an important feature for night vision and low light video. It reduces the fuzzy hazy images that are produced from noise transmitted from the camera, which creates a clearer image, cuts down on storage, and reduces false motion alerts. With motorized cameras we see lots of competition cutting corners and putting DWDR or Digital Wide Dynamic Range in their cameras, but that is a cheap and inferior feature compared to true WDR in our cameras.

Simple PoE Installation – Plug and Play

When it comes to simplicity, Montavue has made it so simple that you just need to plug the included Cat5e ethernet cable into a compatible NVR, and the other end into the camera, wait a minute or two and the camera will be auto recognized and pop up on your screen. The PoE simplicity is perfect, as both power and video are transferred through the same cable. It also gives you flexibility with installation. You can run one single cable from the NVR up to 300ft, and then if you need to go further you can hook a PoE switch up and you can run it an additional 300ft for a total of 600ft.
